Biography
Adrienne Milics, MBA, PCC, is an Executive Coach who supports high potential and senior-level executives develop and strengthen their leadership impact and influence, executive presence, and executive communication skills. With extensive coaching experience and professional coach training, she has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Having successfully climbed the corporate ladder herself, she also provides customized coaching programs and seminars designed to accelerate women’s advancement to executive levels.
Adrienne’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and industry groups. She is a leadership coach/facilitator in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Programs for senior level leaders from all over the world, including Program for Leadership Development, Leading Change and Organizational Renewal and the Women’s Leadership Forum. Adrienne also is an executive coach and facilitator in the LIMRA Executive Development Program, a Lecturer in the Divinity School at Yale University and formerly was an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University.
Adrienne’s approach to coaching is holistic, drawing upon the cognitive, somatic, emotional and spiritual domains as appropriate for each client. Her style is warm, inquisitive and non-judgmental, while also being business-focused and pragmatic.
Earlier in her career Adrienne was a Senior Vice President of Information Technology with CIGNA, a Fortune 500 company, and was the Chief Information Officer for the CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services business. She is a classically trained singer with over 30 years of professional experience performing opera, song recitals and jazz.
A life-long learner, Adrienne received her professional coach training in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, and has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the Boyer College of Music at Temple University, a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Social Sciences from Wagner College.
Adrienne is a member of the International Coach Federation, and currently serves on the Board of ICF-CT. She also is a member of Leadership Greater Hartford, and is a past President of the Central Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM).
